  I had an awful experience with this firm in Smithfield. They handled my deceased Mother's estate.They received a check in the amount of $9701.27 processed through BB&T in Garner NC.They sent the check by regular mail to my address. When i never received a check, I contacted them and was told they always sent checks via us mail not certified because of cost issues.BB&T now tells me because a check for this amount should have been sent by certified mail, that they have to wait 90 days before stopping payment and cutting another check. Now the law firm will not return calls or emails on this matter. Very unprofessional.Would never use or recommend this firm. I'm in the process of filling a grievance with the NC bar
